Important Dates

Spring 2012

Freedom & Bonus

• Available Monday, January 9th.
• Last day to change/drop meal plan is Friday, February 3rd.
• Available during Spring break.  Hours of operation can be viewed on www. dining.gmu.edu.
• Last day to access funds is close of business, Saturday, May 19th.
• Remaining balance is not refundable and does not carry forward.

Weekly & Block

• Meal swipes begin at noon on Sunday, January 22nd.  Southside opens at 4:00pm.
• Weekly plans reset every Friday.
• Last day to change/drop meal plan is Friday, February 3rd.
• Available during spring break. Check Mason Dining web site for hours of operation. 
• Last day to access meal swipes is 1:00pm, Wednesday, May 16th.
• Remaining balance is not refundable and does not carry forward.

Voluntary – (Green & Gold Plan, Patriot Plan and Super Patriot Plan)

• Available at noon, Sunday, January 22nd.
• Last day to access meal swipes is 1:00pm, Wednesday, May 16th.
• Remaining meals are not refundable and do not carry forward.

Ultimate Meal Plans

• Southside will be open on Sunday, January 22nd at 4:00pm.
• Check Mason Dining web site for regular hours of operation.
• Should Southside close, the Ultimate Plan will be accepted in the Johnson Center Food Court allowing two swipes per dining period.
• Southside will close Tuesday, May 15th at 7:30pm.  All meals on Wednesday, May 16th are in the Johnson Center Food Court.
